Krista's love for yoga developed slowly as she began to feel the power of the practice in her life. Decades of sports left her with injuries, osteoarthritis, and a tight, imbalanced body. Krista found the physically challenging yoga postures and the relaxing mindfulness unlike anything she had ever experienced. This healing practice awakened her to her own consciousness, reduced pain, and increased ease and skillfulness in her life.
Krista is professionally trained in the Vinyasa flow style with the maximum amount of education one can receive under the educational designation through Yoga Alliance (Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher with well over 500 hours in formal training. E-RYT-500) and continues now to study yoga, physical therapy, philosophy, as a life-long student who wants to help her students find ease in their bodies and the true self who lies within. Krista is committed to sharing the love and healing one can enjoy on the path of yoga.
